Fall Classic Wrestling Tournament

Entry Fee:  $15 for pre-registration, $20 after November 22, 2006
                 (must have USA Wrestling card – available at the door for $35)

Registration: Walk-ins are welcome, however, registration will close promptly at the times listed below.  All walk-ins will be to verify weight.
                                                                               
Registration form www.vausawrestling.org/docs/usafaxform.pdf (it is the 2005 form) must be completed for all pre-registered wrestlers.  Fax forms to (804) 379-2695 no later than Wed, Nov. 22, 2006 at 3pm.  Weights will be verified with scales on Saturday morning. 

Times:   PeeWee – Schoolboy
             7:30-8:30         Registration
             9:30               1st Round
                       
            Cadet – Open
             7:30-10:30       Registration
             12 noon           1st Round

Bout Length: PeeWee – Schoolboy  1-1-1
                   Cadet – Open            2-1-1
                   Overtime                 1 min. sudden victory

Format:    VA easy system (no predetermined weight classes).  We will use as many as six mats if pre-registered numbers indicate a large turnout.
                       
Awards:   Trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers, medals for 4th

Divisions:      2007 USA Wrestling divisions will be used.  A current weight chart may be found at http://www.themat.com/forms/Weights.pdf
